VCU Academic Internships Office

The VCU Academic Internships Office supports VCU’s goal of expanding access to high-quality, credit-bearing internship experiences for undergraduate students. Through a university-level approach, the office partners with employers and VCU’s academic units to design meaningful internships that benefit both students and organizations and count toward students’ degree requirements.

The mission of the VCU Academic Internships Office is to increase the number of students enrolled in high-quality, credit-bearing internship experiences by partnering with employers and VCU’s academic units to build consistent academic standards, employer partnerships and university-led placement infrastructure that support student learning and degree completion.
