Walk-In Advising

Our advisors are here to help. We offer drop-in hours for both current and prospective students—no appointment needed. Walk-in advising will be virtual for June & July.

Tuesdays: 9.30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Wednesdays: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.

The Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies

The Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (B.I.S.) is your fastest route to a relevant, employable 21st-century degree. In this program, students and advisors collaborate to craft an individualized degree that meets their needs, bringing together previously-earned credit with exciting courses and new learning opportunities drawn from departments across campus. Classes you have already completed can be included in your new major, meaning that no credit is ever ‘wasted.’ Instead, your degree can be built upon what you have already accomplished.
